Retro Tower Defense Endless Bosses

Prepare for Retro Tower Defense Endless bosses with a verified run log, spread damage, boss focus, crowd control and recovery between rotations.

Endless bosses are the points where a comfortable farming board becomes a real build test. The failure usually comes from one of four gaps: not enough focused damage, ordinary enemies leaking while everyone targets the boss, key towers being disabled or outranged, or an economy plan that delayed the final board too long.

Public first-party pages do not publish a stable Endless boss rotation. Community guides repeatedly mention names such as Yorick, Telamon and John Doe, but exact waves and abilities conflict between sources. This page treats those names as community reported and gives you a run log that turns the current server into the final answer.

Existence signal stronger than exact Endless wave

Do not copy an exact spawn wave from an undated guide. On the first run, pause assumptions and record the wave number, map, sub-mode, party size, boss name, visible ability and result. After two consistent appearances, you have a usable current rotation for that queue.

Boss-ready Endless board

Use a cheap opener that can later be sold, scalable AoE, focused boss damage, support/control and economy that pays before the first serious boss check. Reserve at least one flex slot for detection, slowing or a second carry. The Endless Loadout shows the complete replacement plan.

Place the main carry where it sees the longest boss route, not merely the ordinary spawn. Keep a second damage cluster outside the likely disable area. Control should hold escorts inside AoE without moving the boss out of single-target range. Economy belongs away from premium combat tiles unless its effect requires proximity.

Before a reported boss wave, stop buying low-impact upgrades. Hold enough cash for the next carry or a recovery placement. Trigger temporary abilities only when the boss and dangerous escorts are inside useful coverage.

During the boss wave

  1. Identify whether the boss or escorts are causing the immediate leak.
  2. Keep AoE on ordinary enemies while focused damage targets the boss.
  3. Watch for a telegraph that disables, stuns or moves towers; do not cluster every answer.
  4. Use control early enough to extend the damage window, not after the boss reaches the exit.
  5. Spend emergency cash on the failed job: detection, lane coverage or boss pressure.
  6. After the wave, replace sold openers and rebuild the final board before auto-skipping.

In multiplayer, assign one player to boss focus and one to lane health. If everyone tunnels the boss bar, fast escorts can end the run. Announce ability cooldowns so two large effects are not wasted on the same easy window.

Endless boss FAQ

What are all Endless bosses?

There is no complete public first-party list. Yorick, Telamon and John Doe are repeated community leads. Build the current list from the live boss UI and keep the date and sub-mode.

What is the best boss tower?

Use a tower with reliable focused damage at the available tier and cost, then support it with wave clear and control. Noli and Chance are documented community candidates, but availability and mode conditions matter.

Why do I lose while the boss still has low health?

The escorts may be leaking while all damage focuses the boss, or a key cluster may be disabled. Preserve AoE and a backup lane instead of adding only more boss damage.
